Dancing Through the Decades

This high-energy class takes residents on a 45-minute journey back in time from the 1920’s, 30’s and 40’s through today. Each decade carried with it different dance styles and and steps and we’re capturing the essence of each with this fun exercise class. This class will inspire memories and brain engagement as well as activation of the entire body through entertaining movements.

Fun historical facts are added to jog memories from each decade helping participants of all ages, transport themselves back in time. Big name recognizable music plays a key role for this class keeping everyone smiling, swaying (and singing) while getting a great workout.
